Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase The Strumbellas VIP Experience and attend the event?
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit your specific venues website.
I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for The Strumbellas VIP Experience?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

Our VIP Packages
How do I place my order?
The Strumbellas VIP Experiences must be purchased online. VIP tickets will be available during the artist presale starting on Wednesday, August 20th at 10 am local time. After you click the “On Sale Now” button next to your desired show date, you will be directed to the venue’s ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
Is there an age restriction for The Strumbellas VIP Experience?
The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket for The Strumbellas VIP Experience?
The majority of show dates offer a General Admission ticket with the VIP Experience. Select shows may offer a Premium Reserved seat, due to venue arrangements. The ticket offering will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
What is a General Admission ticket?
A General Admission (GA) ticket gives you access to an open area in the venue with no assigned seats. While your GA ticket may include a seat location on it, please know that is simply for inventory purposes. VIP packages include early entry at select venues, so you can be among the first to enter and pick your spot before the rest of the crowd arrives!
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
How will I receive my The Strumbellas VIP Experience tickets for the show?
Ticket delivery methods vary by venue, but you’ll be able to select the option that works best for you during the checkout process.
When will I receive information about VIP check-in?
More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.
How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
Is parking included in The Strumbellas VIP Experience?
The Strumbellas VIP Experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Is there a bag policy?
Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP experience?
The Strumbellas VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
